Location Information

With your permission, the Application may access your device’s location to provide weather-based outfit recommendations. Location access is optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings. Location data is used solely to retrieve relevant weather data and generate recommendations. We do not sell your location data.

Outfit Photo Analysis

If you use the Outfit Scan feature, the Application may request access to your camera or photo library. Photos submitted for outfit analysis are securely transmitted to a third-party AI service provider (OpenAI) solely for the purpose of identifying clothing items and evaluating weather suitability.

• The Application does not store these photos on our servers after processing is completed.
• Processing is performed by the third-party provider and may involve temporary handling for service operation and abuse prevention.
• According to OpenAI’s publicly available policy for API customers, data submitted via the API is not used to train their models. Please review OpenAI’s policy linked below for details.

Important: Please do not submit photos that contain a child’s face or other sensitive personal information. The feature is intended for scanning clothing items only.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
• Operating system version and device information
• App usage statistics (e.g., screens viewed, time spent in app)
• Crash logs and diagnostics data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide weather-based outfit recommendations
• Generate trip packing checklists
• Maintain and manage user accounts
• Improve app functionality, stability, and security
• Provide customer support
• Send important service-related notifications (not marketing, unless you have explicitly opted in)

We do not sell your personal data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and profile data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

Photos submitted for outfit analysis are not stored by us after processing is completed.
